A range of works regarding bunker concrete wall rehabilitation was executed at a composting plant in Tula region. Weak compression areas were removed, additional reinforcement was performed and В30W10F300 shotcrete was applied to a thickness of 50-70mm. Work execution period stood at 5 days.

A penetrating waterproofing layer using KALMAFLEX was applied to underground floor walls. Walls were blast cleaned in order to remove paint and plaster coatings, all seams were unseamed and caulked using repair compound, a penetrating waterproofing layer was applied. Wall area subject to waterproofing stood at 1,184м2, 1,853 linear meters were unseamed and caulked. Works were executed over 18 working days.

Deep-laid sewer manifold reinforcement works were executed using shotcrete. Reinforcement performed over 35m section. В30 W10 shotcrete was used. Work execution period including additional reinforcement stood at 10 days.

Pond (irregular shaped) construction works were executed. 35 m3 of В30F300W8 concrete (betonat) were placed. Work execution period stood at 2 days.

Levelling wall area stood at 2,500 m2 and pressure wall area stood at 2,000 m2. Levelling and pressure walls and pump house walls were constructed along bored piles using В30 W8 F300 shotcrete to a thickness of 100-500mm. 2,300m3 of concrete were placed over 3 months.

Wet В40 shotcrete reinforcement of floor slabs damaged by fire to an average thickness of 100-120mm. Total area of rehabilitated surfaces stood at 3,500 m2 with average output of 18 - 20 m3.

Bridge supports were reinforced by wet shotcreting to an average thickness of 120mm. 90 m3 of В30 F300 W8 concrete were placed.

Shell protection layer rehabilitation of a 80 meter cooling tower. Repaired surface area stood at 13,500 m2.

Underground floor slab protection layer rehabilitation

Thin-walled shells (80 mm thick), the central church dome (11 m in diameter), 4 lesser domes (6 m in diameter) and the vault under the central church dome (10 m in diameter) - all these were manufactured using shotcrete.

Masonry walls were reinforced using fibrous В-40 shotcrete to an average thickness of 70mm. Total area stood at 1380 m2.
